PLEXUS Investments is licensed and regulated by the Finanzmarktaufsicht Liechtenstein (FMA). We are a member of the Association of Independent Asset Managers in Liechtenstein – VuVL (>>Code Of Professional Conduct / Download Complaint Form) and in the Deposit Guarantee and Investor Compensation Foundation PCC of (EAS) (www.eas-liechtenstein.li). Compliance and Risk Management are outsourced.

The extrajudicial Conciliation Board is a mediator for conflicts between clients and banks, investment and asset management companies and payment service providers. It is a neutral and cost-free service that deals with concrete complaints of clients.
