PLEXUS CEO Guenter Jaeger is constantly adopting new perspectives to secure sustainable return opportunities for his clients. They benefit from his profound knowledge of human nature, his many years of investment experience, his analytical skills, and his entrepreneurial foresight.
Guenter Jaeger founded PLEXUS Investments in 2006. Prior to this, he was Head of Portfolio Management for the Princely Portfolio and Multi-Manager Products at LGT Capital Management. He originally worked in risk controlling, which characterizes him to this day. He holds a degree in economics and is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and a Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM).
PLEXUS Managing Partner Doris Di Marzio’s professional roots are in investment marketing. Her communication skills are invaluable in a variety of situations, for example when she is advising on compliance processes and official approval procedures.
Before Doris Di Marzio joined PLEXUS in 2011, she spent twelve years working in various investment roles at LGT Capital Partners and in the Marketing department of the LGT Group. She studied business administration and obtained a postgraduate diploma (CAS) in psychology. She is also a trained foreign language correspondent in English and French.
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Asset Management – a topic that fascinates Andreas Vogel. With his background in information technology, business administration and quantitative finance, he ensures that PLEXUS clients benefit from new technologies in asset management.
Andreas Vogel has been working as Senior Analyst at PLEXUS Investments since 2017. Prior to this, he was a portfolio manager and later Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Quantus AG. He holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance, a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance, and a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Arts. During his time at university, he also worked as a developer of software solutions for fund research at ifund services AG and fundinfo AG.
Gabriele Jaeger, the sister of company founder and CEO Guenter Jaeger, is a true organizational talent with a photographic memory.
Since 2009, she has been working behind the scenes at PLEXUS to help the other team members concentrate on their core tasks.
Matthias Kirchgaessner has been Managing Partner of PLEXUS Research GmbH since 2021. He specializes in alternative investments such as hedge funds and private debt. He dedicates his work to research balanced risk-adjusted returns. Clients appreciate his experience and thoroughness, for example in conducting due diligence.
Prior to joining PLEXUS, the business administration graduate had been active as a consultant in the field of alternatives with his company CAAAC since end of 2011. Before founding the company, he was a senior product manager for customized hedge fund portfolios at Allianz Hedge Funds Partners in San Francisco and at Allianz Alternative Asset Management (and its successor company NEXAR Capital) in New York. Prior to these positions, he worked as a product manager at Deutsche Investment Trust (dit) and Allianz Global Investors (AGI).
